Orders and acceptance
Orders are offers. Our acceptance is the act of despatch, and the contract dates from then.

Prices and errors
If a price displayed is evidently wrong, we will not simply ship it; we contact you and you may cancel.

Delivery charges, timings and destinations are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and cancellation
The Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy also form part of these terms and take precedence over any summary elsewhere on the site.

Use of this website
The site is provided for retail customers. Data harvesting and content reuse are not allowed.

Intellectual property
This site’s content belongs to Fine Linens or its suppliers; manufacturer marks belong to the manufacturers and are used only to identify products.

Product descriptions
We describe what we sell as accurately as we can, including sizes, counts and materials. Photographs are representative; colour reproduction varies between screens, and a difference in shade is not a fault.

Liability
We cap our liability at the amount paid for the order concerned, subject always to non-excludable statutory rights.

Governing law
The contract is governed by New York law and subject to the jurisdiction of that state’s courts.

Changes
Revisions apply from publication onward and do not alter the terms of an order already placed.
