What does shipping cost?
Every order pays $7.95 for delivery until the total passes $69. Delivery is within the United States.
How long will it take?
1-3 business days to pack and 5-10 business days in transit – 6-13 business days in total.
What happens if a framed piece arrives broken?
Photograph the carton and the piece before unpacking further, then email customerservice@linenhouse.shop. Transit damage is replaced or refunded.
Are the canvases actually hand-painted?
Where a listing says hand-painted, it is describing a hand-finished canvas; printed pieces are described as prints. The distinction is stated per product rather than across the range.
Do the lanterns take real candles?
The lanterns listed here are supplied for flameless LED candles. Do not use an open flame inside them.
Can I see pieces in person?
Yes, at 1193 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10028, United States, open Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (ET). Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed at despatch. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email address.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at any point before despatch, for a full refund. See the Cancellation Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Delivery is to United States addresses only.
