Payment Policy

The transaction completes at checkout for the full order total. No balance is collected afterwards.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 212-737-0520 during Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (ET). Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed Sunday or email customerservice@linenhouse.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

Our currency is the US dollar. Delivery charges are listed separately and no sales tax is applied at this time.

Security

The payment step runs on the provider’s encrypted infrastructure. We keep no card data of any kind.

Declined payments

A failed transaction is not an order. Your bank may briefly show a pending amount, which it will release.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
